Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She has also produced films, including Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. While growing up living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. Her parents were a loving mom who loved watching movies. Paula was a fan of school co-curricular activities, and drama was her favorite. Her favorite part was performing in stage productions with her friends. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School's Hamilton Magnet Arts High School was the scene of many school productions. The student decided to be an actor. She was enrolled at The University of Southern California in an intensive summer course and loved her time there. The program awarded her a 3-month contract producing documentaries on behalf of PBS. She started as an assistant to production for TV documentaries following her successful completion of the project. Then she moved on to producing documentaries. Even though she loved her job, she still was aspired to become an actress. She began her acting career with a small part in the romantic comedy film Hitch, alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's appeared in a number of famous television and film productions.
